We found ourselves stranded on a road trip, and had some incredible stroke of luck to have this mechanic closest to our location in the middle of nowhere. I called at 15 min to closing, and Paul told me to come on by, and his entire team stayed late to assess the issue with my Berlingo, find the correct part overnight, and have it ready by midday the next day for us to be able to drive back to Catalunya. Magicians? Maybe. But no doubt some of the kindest people I have ever met, and so trustworthy I may have to drive down to Javea 3.5 hours to let Paul and his team continue to be my trusted mechanic.

Nos encontramos varados en un viaje por carretera y tuvimos un una suerte increíble al tener este mecánico más cerca de donde estabamos. Llamé a los 15 minutos del cierre y Paul me dijo que pasara y todo su equipo se quedó hasta tarde para evaluar el problema con mi furgo, encontrar la pieza correcta durante la noche y tenerla lista para el mediodía del día siguiente para poder regresar a Catalunya. ¿Magos? Tal vez. Pero sin duda son algunas de las personas más amables que he conocido y tan confiables que tal vez tenga que conducir hasta Jávea 3,5 horas para que Paul y su equipo sigan siendo mis mecánicos de confianza.

My VW Polo needed a new clutch and I was considering scrapping the car because of the cost. The Automotive Centre discussed the alternatives and I ended up paying a lot less than anticipated for a new clutch. They were very friendly, professional and provided an excellent service and the car was ready when they said it would be.

Just wanted to say a big thank you and recommendation to
THE AUTOMATIVE CENTRE at Benissa polygono and to Paul Noble and his guys .
We had a problem with a flat battery whilst traveling back from our ITV in our motorhome on Wednesday . After ringing around several other garages ( holidays) and getting no help what so ever he sorted a new battery and fitted all within half an hour .
Brilliant he saved the end to a very hot day .
Thank you and we highly recommend his service and garage and he also had a good choice of clean second hand cars in there .
Very helpful . ( use to be Twrrible Larry’s sons place ) not anymore !!!

I know very little about cars, so I won't pretend. Took my hybrid in for a service. The customer service was outstanding. Driving my baby back home, she felt almost new again. So I know whatever they did worked. Very 😊!

I have used the automotive centre several times now. They are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend the owner Paul and his amazing mechanics. Antonio has seen to any problems or repairs to a very high standard. Prices are always fair. No difference if you have an older or brand new car, service is excellent 👌

Took my 2006 Mercedes C-Class here on the recommendation of a friend, after struggling with persistent issues that other mechanics couldn't or wouldn't fix. Umbrella Carpark Alicante and two other mechanics failed to solve the problem, suggesting I take it to Mercedes instead. My car kept failing its ITV due to a stubborn engine management light and emissions problems.

Paul (Skelly) was brilliant—he took on a challenging issue that others couldn't be bothered with. Given the current state of ITV stations, his effort was even more commendable. He managed to fix the problem and give me another 12 months of motoring when it seemed no one else cared. It seems many garages prefer easy, quick-fix jobs, but Paul went above and beyond.

I wouldn't hesitate to refer others to this garage or use their services in the future. Well done, and thank you for putting in the effort when no one else would.

I was there with my 2 Saab convertibles. It is a complicated car that requires some professional knowledge! Good consultation before, during and after maintenance and repair with Paul and the Spanish mechanic Antony (speaks good English), quick response also via telephone and WhatsApp.
Being able to arrange everything to your complete satisfaction and you can often go there immediately for an emergency job or consultation. I have never experienced this before with my Saab cars here in Spain, not even with Opel. I can certainly recommend them as a good, reliable and honest (universal) garage for maintenance and sales!

We recently had the great pleasure of buying a second-hand VW Golf from The Automotive Centre, Benissa. It was a joyful experience from start to finish. Paul is a gentleman, his word is his bond, and he, Nikki and Antonio provided really high-quality customer service.
When we first saw the vehicle (which was perfect, exactly as advertised) we asked if they would mind changing a couple of ‘consumable’ parts for us. Without hesitation, they bought genuine VW parts and changed them (even though the old ones turned out to be ok) as part of the agreed sale price.
The included administration of transfer of ownership and prompt ITV meant that we had our new documents in record time. We’re also very happy that Paul and Antonio will be looking after the car through its year’s warranty and beyond.
We feel that we actually got more car than we paid for through the care taken to ensure we are really happy customers.

Having given The Automotive Centre 5 stars as Paul and his team went above and beyond to get my car serviced and the ITV done. Had left getting the ITV done with only a few days left not knowing the chaos the system is in. Paul and his team sorted it, a great relief. Very helpful and professional service, will definitely use them again.
