Had an issue with low oil pressure warning on my Motorhome which Rhys and Zac from Car-Fix Catral came out on a call out and confirmed the faulty oil pressure sensor and installed a new sensor which remedied the issue. These guys were great, very polite, helpful and their rates were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all at Alannia should you encounter any problems with your vans. Forest class, thanks guys👍

We had a problem with AdBlue. The garage has analyzed and fixed the problem. The remaining display could be deleted with Klavkarr 310. Thank you very much and until the next service.

Had the car booked in for a washer hose replacement when the day before the car wouldnt start easily. Managed to get the car to the garage and asked if they could take a look. Despite a number of issues they kept us informed daily as they dealt with a number of problems. The lady on admin was excellent and the owner was clear on what they found and how they fixed it. Highly recommend this garage!!

Ask for a price before getting anything done. I heard the advert on the radio, and looked at some of the Google reviews. Went to get an oil and filter change for a 1.9 lt diesel astra and was charged €155! Normal oil and filter change in my area 90-100 I honestly fell like I've just been ripped off.

Also I bit concerning when I asked about my turbo and the guy there said he doesn't know anything about Opel Astra's!

Should have walked away as soon as I heard that!

We totally agree "Always get a quote first" That said we feel you may have misinterpreted the conversation you had with one of our mechanics. Upon arrival you spoke directly with one of the mechanics, not the receptionist. When you spoke with the mechanic you said "I have a problem with the car having lack of power" You were offered a full diagnostic to be carried out and you declined this, stating you could do this yourself. Our mechanic did not state he did not know about turbos on Opel Astras. Only that he did not know why your car was booked in. We have downloaded the conversation you had with our mechanic, you are more than welcome to come and view the footage.
Our price list is clearly visible on the reception door for all to see, we have no hidden agenda. The break down of your bill is as follows :-
OIL FILTER 16,38 €
ENGINE OIL 4.3 litres of Low SAPS 64,50 €
Waste oil and filter disposal 3,00 €
LABOUR 45.00€
IVA (TAX) 27.06€
As you can see we are very open and honest with our pricing, and only use quality parts and lubricants.

I booked my car in, a week ago for an oil change. I took my car over as previously agreed a week later. Dropped the car off, and walked to have coffee. Half an hour later I was contacted to say they haven't got the oil filter in, and apologised for the inconvenience. The assistant Gemma informed me she assumed they had one !!, I had to go back the next day. When I got the bill I asked if there was any discount for my inconvenience, trouble and out of pocket with petrol, and possibly a good will gesture. I was told NO, IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT !!!!!!!.
When I asked why didn't they have the oil filter in prior to my arrival at the agreed time, the manager informed me that they don't order the part until they receive the car in case the customer doesn't turn up !!!. Really !!!!!
I am discusted with the lack of empathy that the management showed me and appalled at their attitude.

Hi Simon, we are very sorry to hear that you where not happy with the treatment you received. As we tried to explain. Our suppliers hadn't delivered the filter as intended and we had to wait for the after-lunch delivery. Unfortunately this was out of our hands and inconvenient for both parties. We where already made aware by our good friend that recommended you that you had asked if there was a chance for a discount and was made clear by the receptionist when dropping your car off that, that was not an option. We are a very understanding family run company and where more than happy to reschedule your first appointment as you had personal business to attend to. We try to adjust our prices as much as possible to be able to provide cheap yet good quality parts to all our customers. We do hope we have managed to better explain the situation. Thank you.

Had een vraag of men mijn camper kon nakijken. Werd hier zeer vriendelijk geholpen en de bedrijfsleider is met mij meegegaan om de camper na te kijken. Deze kon niet van zn plaats of omdat er een voortent aan gemonteerd is. Eind maart gaat de camper er naar toe om hem te repareren.

Can only give five stars on here, but would quite happily give a lot more if I could, 2 different garages in Torrevieja had my wife's Zafira , after the engine light came on, the first said it was the EGR Valve, kept the car for 2 weeks, and said they could not get the part, the next one (Fue Verte) fitted a new valve on a Friday, car worked great for the weekend, then on the Tuesday the engine light reappeared, Drove it back to Fue Verte, kept the car 3 more days, and said could not find anything wrong with the car, went to collect it, and the car would not even start, Fue Verte did not want to know.
Had it recovered to Carfix, and within 20 minutes had the problem diagnosed, repaired and returned to us within 2 days, (would have been the next day, but they found that the EGR Fue Verte fitted was faulty, These guys are great, and would highly recommend. 😀

Had a battery issue, called this garage and spoke to Zak. Really helpful, found the battery was defective, they had one in stock and replaced it for a really good price, also had a 2 yr warranty. This is a friendly , helpful garage and not expensive. Will definitely use again.

Se me estropea el coche estando de vacaciones. Voy con el tiempo limitado para la vuelta pero en mi caso no tuvieron palabra ninguna. Se acordó el primer día en que avanzarían pidiendo la pieza que ya le habíamos indicado que estaba rota pero cual sorpresa al día que era el acordado para llevarles el coche no habías gestionado nada con lo que la cosa se demoró. Ya no me daba tiempo a que llegará la pieza nueva ya que no me aseguraban ni que llegase en 48horas.Se acuerda que monten una de desguace que la pueden conseguir de desguace y salgo del paso en esta ocasion. Cual esi sorpresa que despues de 1,5 días el coche allí la pieza que piden al desguace tampoco es correcta y volver a empezar sin tiempo de reacciónreacción. Eso que tenían toda la documentación y todo del coche para que se pudiese lo correcto. Para mi no es correcta la forma de trabajo que tienen.

Buenas tardes, te atendimos con el taller lleno por que lo necesitabas urgente e hicimos el favor de atenderos, el mecanico dijo que intentaria pedir la pieza, resulta que la pieza no esta en stock ( por lo que si no esta en stock no es nuestra culpa), en consecuencia no la podemos conseguir, intentamos localizarla en el concesionario, pero nos dicen que tardaria en llegar 2 dias ( y justo en dos dias os ibais y queriais el coche arreglado), logramos conseguir una de un desguace y resulta que viene erronea, os avisamos en todo momento de lo que estaba pasando, os enviamos presupuesto de la pieza de concesionario y la del desguace, decidisteis desguace por que os digimos que la de concesionario podria demorarse, no esta en nuestras manos el tiempo que se demoran los concesionarios en entregarnos las piezas, no esta en nuestras manos que pidamos una pieza en un desguace y venga erronea, no esta en nuestras manos que tengais el tiempo limitado. Deberiais de opinar del trabajo hecho en un coche para poder decir que no es una forma correcta de trabajo, pero no, de cosas que estan fuera de nuestro alcance. Para mi tampoco es la forma correcta de actuar de un cliente. Muchas gracias por vuestra visita.

Good service, reasonable price . Needed new tyre as puncture in original. They ordered it told me should be in following day and phoned me when it arrived. Went back they fitted it straight away. Can't fault them.

A garage that is more than happy to help with advice or the best solutions for the customer and vehicle. All members of staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Due to previous experience from this garage I can't find a fault wrong with them due to my previous car being diagnosed and corrected.
Would recommend the team car fix !
