I waited 2 - 3 weeks for this appointment because I was told they was going on vacation. When the day finally came, I rearranged my entire schedule to be there, only to find they closed with a sign saying they wouldn’t return until the 25th. Nobody bothered to notify me, which shows zero respect for other people’s time. If you can’t respect my time, then yours doesn’t deserve to be respected either.

So took my car into lube express to have a steering wheel clock spring replaced as the button's i.e the horn, volume up and down radio selector for station's they replaced the part and they all functioned
But when I drove the car away from the garage the car juddered and the brakes stopped the car and the ABS light came on took it back he had a look at it but said can't do anything with it take it to nissan
It's a problem with the steering angle sensor nothing to do with me
So took it to be looked at and was told that the steering sensor is fitted on the back of the part that auto lube fitted and must have damaged it so took it back to lube express told them and they said the part is 140 euro so I thought silly me they were going to fix it then the next morning I get a message saying the part is not 140 euro it's 400 euro so not interested take it to the main dealership
So it's cost me 421 Euro that's part labour and IVA to put the car back on the road
So if you want to use this garage and something goes wrong this is how they operate
I would strongly recommend not to be used

I brought my car to Lube Express on Ciudad Quesada, I had a slipping clutch, the mechanic removed my gearbox and dismantled the clutch set, he showed me the clutch and it was completely covered in oil, the cause of the problem was the oil leak, the mechanic replaced the clutch set without repairing the leak. A few weeks later, again the clutch was slipping, I took the car back to the garage again. He said my car was ok, 1 day later again slipping clutch, brought the car in again, 2 weeks later I got a phone call from them to say that my gearbox had to be replaced due to an oil leak, I refused this, I asked them to take my gearbox to a recommended gearbox specialist to have it cleaned, they were not happy at all, I went to the specialist and everything was arranged, for 450 € my gearbox was repaired, an oil seal replaced, I took the gearbox back to the garage, 4 weeks later I got my car back, of course the garage owner was not happy with me, but this was not my fault. Last week I took my car in for a full service with another experienced repair centre, he called me to say that there was a problem, there was a lot of play in my front wheel bearings, the threads of both cardan joints were completely destroyed with ‘a sledgehammer’, this happened when removing the gearbox, unprofessionally removed and when the bolts were put back on, the thread was not in alignment, resulting in me requiring 2 new cardan joints. The car is perfect again but has cost me a lot of money, I was a car mechanic for 42 years, I know what I am talking about, I just want to warn you, stay away from this garage, this is not a car mechanic but a butcher

I had a screw in my tyre. Even though he was busy working on another scooter, he quickly put a plug in and I was on my way. It probably took 5min. So friendly, so helpful. Definitely would recommend going.
