One of the worst experience with english garage. Took my damaged wheel to repare. No response just lies why they are unable to fix it. First he told me he has to take it elswhere to fix it. Then he told me he didnt have time as they are too busy. Then he told me he had to wait for his collegue to come back from hollyday or something. When my 75 years old uncle asked him, he went really rude and said its impossible to fix. Wasted 5 days... Took the tyre to another place and its been fixed straight away in 15 minutes for 20 euros. You should go back to school and learn how to talk to customers...

Took my car here for a timing belt change and a service. Car came back with a puncture in my rear tyre, it was a screw from the under tray. After i've had it fixed, I used the wipers and they snapped, turns out the mechanic has put them on the wrong way round which caused them to jam. I went to Keith to complain and he told me to come back the next day and he will reimburse me for damages caused. I have been back 3 times now and you are never there and are now ignoring my phone calls. Shame because i am now forced to leave you this bad review. Untrue to your word. AVOID

We went to this Auto repair shop,
We agreed on the price for the repair, a few days later the price went up,then another few days later the price was double what we agreed in the first place.
What a shame businesses can change the price to whatever they want
So as long the comment is not in your favor it's a Fake comment,
Nice so your other customers can see how you handle negative comments.

Must thank Quesada Autos for great service when our car broke down just before a family visit. They went out of their way to provide us with a car while ours was fixed. The problem with our car was electrical. They sourced a part, fixed the car, serviced it and ITVd it and did it all earlier than expected. Thank you Keith and your team.

Quesada auto repairs has provided services to me for importing my 1998 mondeo in 2017, mot´s for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.The very knowledgeable mechanics have been very helpful in sorting out problems for the mot, registration, and spanish plates.
They have a very good working relationship with the Spanish MOT and have Spanish speaking employees.
Quesada auto repairs has always quoted an estimate before undertaking the repair which I agreed to beforehand. The quotes were right on the money. They are always very knowledgeable and cost conscious. I am a fan of their honest advice.

We used this garage for break pads at the start of the year. subsequently they told us that we needed a new Turbo because it was leaking. Even though we had no signs of trouble. It cost us 800€ and from then on every engine management light came on and the turbo would cut out and not function. We came back to you and you told us it was nothing and you switched off the engine management lights. We returned and you told us you wouldn't do anything about it. Our car has been a nightmare ever since.

We have spent the best part of a year trying to remedy the problem with our van speaking with other garages. Our van has now had 4 visits to Citroen and they've told us the turbo is incorrectly fitted and they've done Thier best to remedy the work but we may have to buy a new turbo for €1400 euro.

If this is the case we will be coming to you with a full report and asking for a refund. You have cost us so much stress and inconvenience and money we don't have in these tough times. I really hope you read this constructively and do the right thing for people. And I look forward to your response on this matter. Before you write, I should come to you directly. We did several times and you told us it wasn't your problem!

So here it is. Do the right thing by people! Fix Thier cars and don't add more grief!

Our airport parking service wrongly diagnosed a faulty battery, which they replaced. I should have known it wasn't the battery. Anyway, the car broke down and after checking a few reviews I got the truck to drop the car off here....gave them about 2 hours notice...sorry. They had to replace the alternator which took a few days to arrive and they fixed the car as soon as they got the alternator. That was about 2 months ago and all seems ok. I even got my not so old battery back from the parking service. Not the cheapest garage but I would happily use them again. Cheers Keith & James 👍

We booked in our car for a pre itv and test. On hearing back from Keith we were informed that it had failed its itv due to all 4 tyres being the wrong size. This came as a real surprise to us as we wondered why we had paid for a pre itv check and also because the car had passed with the exact same tyres in October 2022.
Day 2. Keith told us after many calls to him that the tyres hadn't arrived. Day 3, after many calls we were told the car was done. We duly went to see Keith only to be presented with a bill of 540 euros. He explained all the extra monies were for bits of work he did which we didn't authorize and 20 euros of fuel he said he had to put in. This last one was interesting as the on board computer said there was nearly 200km of fuel left when i dropped car off.
On seeing the size of this invoice i pulled out my card to pay. At this point Keith put my car car keys back in a drawer and said he wouldn't accept card. This was yet another shock to us as the window to the office was covered in all the usual stickers saying cards accepted. Not sure what to do next, the ever helpful Keith pulled out ready printed sheets of paper with his English bank details on and said we had to transfer the money! Being a helpful man he had also made up his own extortionate exchange rate written on another piece of paper! Shocked we asked for a moment outside. As we were outside a very distressed elderly couple were talking and it appeared he had done the same to them. With no choice we paid. On returning to the car we then discovered that the arm rest of the car had been broken off! Back in to see helpful Keith again. Told us "not my fault". After more discussion he told us not to worry he would sort it. 2 months later we still waiting. To cap it all today we have received a bill from Bip and Go for 27 euros in toll charges while Keith had our car.
I notice that Keith usually replies to reviews. As at the moment we are not in Spain on business we look forward to his reply.

We had problems with an injector on our Seat Ibiza.
Returned to pick up the car and the bill was 500 euro.
They had replaced the battery which was not old saying it was flat.
We should have been asked. We do not believe it was necessary to change the battery as it was petfect when we dropped it three days earlier. Scammed again. Beware

I asked Quesada Autos for a price for a Dial Mass flywheel and clutch replacement after already being quoted by two separate businesses and what they gave me was very reasonable. On my approval they ordered the parts for my Ford Focus Estate and within two days it was in the garage having the repair. I was even given a courtesy vehicle to help for my business requirements. The repair was done in the same day which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend this business and my thanks go to Keith for dealing professionally with me.

Quesada Auto repairs has provided services for me in the last 2,5 years and I am very satisfied with the work they do. Because I have a very old car (Jaguar Daimler XJ6 1989 where the chassis is from 1980!), sure it must be very difficult to replace or repair old parts when needed.

The boss and the staff are all super professional and friendly and the mechanics very knowledgable. I find the prices good and the work is quickly done. An extra bonus is that I have improved my english considerably, specially tecnical expressions. I can strongly recommend Quesada Auto Services to everybody.

These guys diagnosed fault on EGR valve on my Skoda Superb. Removed old one and replaced with new. Kept me informed with progress. Charged me a very reasonable amount for the big job that this was. Highly reccomend this garage and will definately use them for future problems or servicing.

Contacted garage regarding a warning light on dashboard. Was told to pop up same day and they’d run tests. Car left and went to nearby cafe. Within 20 minutes my keys were returned to me at the cafe and problem identified price for job very reasonable.
