Lamentable. Deje un Range Rover del 96 porque en la casa Land rover me indicaron que era el taller de referencia oficial para los coches antiguos. Pues no contestan nunca, lleva meses el coche allí. He anticipado el pago de piezas y materiales de un presupuesto, y no se dignan a contestar. Un desastre. Pongo una estrella porque cero no se puede. Si aprecias tu vehículo y tu dinero, no lo lleves allí, pues es probable que te quedes sin dinero ni vehículo

I usually don't write complaints, but this experience compelled me to warn others. What I encountered at Classicos Lejendarios was not only shocking customer service and poor workmanship but also involved being taken advantage.

I sent my 1992 S3 Daimler Double Six to the garage after being assured by Rob, the owner, that they understood these cars. I transported the car to Alicante on 03.10.23 and got it back 157 days later, on 08.03.24, in worse condition than before. Communication during this time was sporadic, and when I set a deadline, I was accused of pressuring them, which became an excuse for returning my car damaged and incomplete.

Here’s a summary of my experience:

1. **Paint Job**: My car’s matte black paint was mismatched with black metallic. The painted areas had orange peel texture, dust blobs, and the worst finish I’ve ever seen. I was charged for machine polishing, but scratches were left, showing no polish was done.

2. **Labour Overcharging**: As a Jaguar Enthusiast Club member, I was entitled to a discounted labor rate but was charged inconsistently. My request for a refund was ignored.

3. **Petrol Hoses**: I paid to replace all petrol hoses for safety, especially since I occasionally drive with my children. Photos show that not all hoses were replaced, posing a serious safety risk.

4. **Mechanical Issues**: The car was running smoothly when collected but now leaks oil, shakes, and has a damaged exhaust. The cruise control, which was functional, is now inoperative due to improper cable fitting.

5. **Interior Damage**: The passenger seat was in perfect condition before but returned ripped with an unprofessional repair attempt.

I paid €4,500 (including transport) for these services and an additional €1,800 at another mechanic to fix the damages. Repainting the car in the correct color cost another €700. Despite sending proof and requesting a modest refund, I was told to return the car at my expense for further repairs.

This ordeal has been extremely stressful, costly, and disappointing. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
