Visited here on a friends recommendation. Just purchased a used Ford Fiesta, which needed a service, new timing belt, water pump etc. I wanted the car checked over to make sure all was well. I cannot praise highly enough Helen and Richard, they were brilliant check over revealed a new battery was needed, this was supplied along with a puncture repair. Very thorough, helpful and very reasonable prices. Thank you both I will be returning when car needs attention again

Costa Car Clinic really pulled out all the stops for me today after my car failed it´s ITV. I am so grateful to have found this garage. They go above and beyond to look after their customers. Even though they didn´t really have time they fixed my car so I was not left without any transport. I cannot recommend them enough. Great service. Fair prices and the best customer care. Ladies, if you've ever felt that a garage has spoken down to you because you are female then Helen will change all of that.. honest, friendly and above all exemplary service.. The clutch on my car failed and I was in a state, she calmed me down and made me feel like I wasn't stupid!

I will definitly continue to use Costa car clinic in the future... they are genuine and I'm so glad I found them!!

Having driven down from the U.K. after having new discs, pads and tyres for the trip, I discovered a horrendous shudder every time I braked. Richard and Helen diagnosed the initial problem only to highlight that my U.K. garage had used sub standard discs AND the shell hub was badly rusted.

They have been brilliant, providing me with a report on the issues, so that I can hopefully pursue a refund for the U.K. fitted discs and pads at least, and have gone above and beyond with everything else. Real integrity is in short supply in general, and is often lacking when it comes to motor repairs. And I can genuinely say I’d rather have Costa Car Clinic work on my vehicles than anyone else. If it wasn’t 1500 miles to get here I’d bring all my repairs to them.
