Feel very let down by Swan Autos. Took car in for aircon gas. Was charged €132, which I've now been told is vastly overpriced! Gas didn't even last a day!
Took car back l, mechanic looked everywhere for a leak which he couldn't find. Didn't know what else to do! Suggested we took car to Elche to a place who do aircon, he couldn't remember exact name or where it was!!
Since been told by another mechanic that he should have tested for leak before doing aircon!!!
Won't be going back or recommending!!!

Was let down by my usual mechanic to fix tow bar electrical issue which I urgently needed doing. Was recommended Swan Autos and Maria got it all sorted very quickly at a very fair price. Will now be using them for everything 😎

maridt place i have an apoinment to day 14 aclok, i come 30 min before, time 14 a skriming woman came ind and said no no it cant be to day, i have drive peopel 100 km to get there this var its was wery small tings i want to make take 1 hour, i have a oppointment but they dont care, i never come on this marridt place again

Ich bekam schnell einen Termin zum Ölwechsel. Man muss im Voraus 120 € dafür bezahlen. Der Mann von der Werkstatt war nicht gerade sehr freundlich, eher kurz angebunden.
Geht alles Ruck Zuck da, in weniger als einer halben Stunde war mein Auto fertig. Auf meine Frage warum es teurer ist wie woanders sagte er dass er auch besseres Öl hat...Nun gut, ich will es mal glauben, kontrollieren kann man das eh nicht.
Ich hoffe mal dass die das gut gemacht haben, eine Rechnung gab es nicht....
