We went to the garage to have a type repair on Tuesday which needed to be ordered, the staff was very helpful and professional and explained everything to me. Had a phone call to book in the repair but because we were going out we were told to bring the car to the garage but we may have to wait. They repaired the type within 30 minutes so we could make our appointment. Thank you for the professional service. We will always recommend the garage.

We used M&S for the first time .
We had a major problem with our VW beetle.
It took nearly 8 weeks to fix but the delays were nothing to do with M&S .
Due to many places closing in August and then waiting for parts .
They kept us updated every step of the way via their WhatsApp site anytime we asked something we had an answer.
No bull just the truth.
Our car was returned to us clean and healthy !!!
If you’re looking for a local garage you can trust look no further.
They are now our go to garage.

Popped in as my car had gone into a partial limp mode. Staff very friendly and diagnosed problem straight away. Part was ordered and car was in the next day and fixed within an hour and a half. Quick friendly efficient and would not hesitate to recommend!!! Thanks again. One happy customer.

Excellent service. Booked my car in for a full service. This was carried out at a very competitive price. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of my car had been cleaned & vacuumed.😀😀

Mark and his team are courteous, helpful and go above and beyond. They happily resolved a few issues on our car that we mentioned even though out of the remit of the Pre-ITV and ITV that we had booked.
They are genuine and honest and happy to give advice and guidance when they can.
It really did feel like nothing was too much trouble for them.
I can't fault the service and will definately use them in the future.

I called in regard to an issue with my car, and spoke to Mark, who could not have been more engaging, kind, professional and honest. It turned out the service I required was likely available closer to where I'm based, and Mark was very open about this, and suggested I call back if I have any further issues or need any further information after walking me through exactly what I should be looking for. This level of care and consideration almost makes me wish I lived closer just to have these guys on my doorstep to help out whenever I have car issues.

You know when the penny drops and you realise you should have gone there in the first place well this garage is that place!! Been having problems since Dec 2023 and left the car here today after being "fitted in" straight away and within an hour the problem was sorted and the car has flown through its ITV!! Replaced a fuse in our new car that we had no idea where to find, and fortunately, Kia added a few spares so they were able to use one. Now I know where the fuse box is in the engine compartment.😂 They've ordered in replacements so I'll be in next week to pick up spare. Didn't charge me anything either.

First time using their services and a consistent first-class service from my initial contact with Nikol.
Prices reasonable and they identified something that needed doing that wasn't the reason for taking my car to them - something I have been suspicious of in the past (perhaps something I've inherited from my dad – trust no-one – or perhaps stories about Kwik Fit that have lingered with from the 80's😊❗) Anyway, without my asking, they showed me what had been replaced, and I'm so very glad that they had; and, at the end of the day, I felt under no absolutely no obligation to have the additional work done.
A great experience, and one I'll gladly repeat.

I've received a great service from these guys. My engine died and had to be replaced. They did a great job and the staff are so nice and friendly. The after sales service is very good as well. Will definitely use them again if I have to.

There was a very small misunderstanding over screen wash but it in no way reflected on the service I received. A very friendly staff who are still smiling even when they hand you your bill! A fair price for the work carried out. Including an ITV very satisfying experience, I will use them again.

After a few "official" garages didn't do a very good job we found The Garage. Very impressed with their knowledge, explanations, standard of work and pricing. Wouldn't go anywhere else now, with either of our cars. Very highly recommended.
