Je n' étais pas client car nous venons de nous installer à Oria. J' ai eu un problème de pompe hydropneumatique et je devais aller le lendemain à Alicante. Ils m'ont donné un véhicule de remplacement et la réparation devrait se faire dans les jours à venir ( lorsque une pompe d occasion sera disponible.les neuves n' existent plus,ni ici,ni en Belgique)

Staff were very good . Very friendly and polite . Extremely helpful.

Had to call in on the off chance they could help. I dropped a small metal cover down the side of car, by the wing. Couldn't see it and didn't know how to get to it. John took a look, got underneath the car. Removed a cover and out it came.
John then proceeded to complete the job I had started. Brilliant!!

When I was young the only thing that one needed to know about road vehicles is that the horse always goes at the front. Added to that my first car was a V. W. so I think I can be forgiven for not being able to tell one end of a car from another. I don't think I am the only one who needs what they used to call a man to kick the rubber thingies and check the whatsits. Pitstop do it all and then take it for the I. T. V. They don't over charge and I've been driving the same car for over 10 years now.

Jon is a great guy ...ok the cars are not new and shiny but that is for the best in my view We ended up being directed through a rambla and burst a tyre. Pit stop replaced next day no problem. €100 for a week!
