I went there to verify a transmission problem i have had in my Landcruiser for a few months. I have been in the business myself for over 30 years and had a shop in Stockholm specializing in Dodge Ram. We constantly had to update modules with new software to get the cars up to date. Now retired living in Algarve i knew my TCM ( Tranmission Control Module ) had to be flashed or replaced. My option was between Toyota Faro or Huelva. Faro was nothing but a joke and the personal had no clue of what i talked about. New try in Huelva Spain and it got even worse. I had printed out a complete description of the problem in Spanish and wanted to get help to see if my TCM had the latest software or had to be flashed. They said they will diagnose my problem and charge me 80 Euro for it.
Did not hear anything for a week and after several tries to get in touch i got an mail with a price to change transmission oil and filter to start with. Price 700 Euro including 6 hours labor. Oil and filter was done 3 weeks earlier but they did not listen to that. It took the shop who did the fluid change 1,5 hours to do this job and thats what it would take any shop or mechanic that knows what he is doing. These very skilled technicians needed 6 hours.
I refused this and told them that since they absolutely did not wanted to pull out any codes or check for an update in the TCM i would like to pick up my car. It to me 1,5 hour to get my key back and the 80 Euro diagnosing was now 131 Euro.
Nothing that i recuired was done. I had to pay 131 Euro for two hours of so called diagnosing or they would not let me have the car.
Bottom line. Stay away from this place unless you want to get ripped off. I realize not everybody has the same experience that i have running an automotive shop for 30 years but these guys are the most incopetent people i have ever met in the industriy. How Toyota even let them have their emblem on the wall is nothing but a huge mistake.

Horrorosa experiencia. Nulo trato profesional, ni correcto. Adquieres un vehículo, tardan meses en enviarte una segunda llave que te cobran cuando son gratuitas. Dicho por el encargado de ese concesionario. Que hay problemas de stock a finales de los dos meses, necesitas la llave. Vas a Toyota Valencia, te la dan…. gratis!!! Informas a Toyota Huelva. A la semana te la mandan por no querer devolverte un dinero que es tuyo. Me reservo la opinión personal. De vergüenza, la comercial y su jefe. Falta de respeto con esa acción, tono desagradable al informarles de que ya tienes algo que te han cobrado por la cara. Falta de seriedad.

Llevamos el coche el día 4 de julio al taller de la Toyota por una avería en el alternador ( nos dicen), no está previsto que la pieza llegue antes del día 30 de julio,me comunican.
Recogemos el coche el día 14 de agosto ( 1 y medio después!) y allí llega nuestra sorpresa,oh! Solo era la polea del cigüeñal lo que estaba roto, y no lo vieron hasta está semana.
Por cierto,no fueron capaces de gestionar un coche de sustitución en todo este tiempo.
Se cree una que la casa te ofrece todas las garantías y ahí estuvo nuestro error.
