Decepcionante, llevamos un mes esperando un presupuesto para reparar el aire acondicionado del coche(compresor roto) y sin noticias. Le llame hace dos semanas y me comento que estaba pendiente de su proveedor, que lo reclamaría y me diría cosas.
Ya cansado de esperar he decidido acudir a otro profesional.
Le pongo dos estrellas porque el trato inicial fue bueno ..... pero bueno, juzguen ustedes y decidan

No soy de Consell y por motivos de trabajo tengo que desplazarme cada día desde Palma hasta aquí. He tenido una avería con mi C3 y no sabia a qué mecanico acudir. Probé con este taller encontrado en Google.

This garage is a disgrace. The mechanic agreed to receive my car when I phoned on Friday and said to bring the car in on Monday and he would look at it. I organised this through my insurance’s breakdown cover for the tow truck company to deliver my car. They didn’t deliver it until Tuesday. I spoke to the mechanic twice that day and he said he would diagnose my car the following day (on the Wednesday) and that I should phone back then. So the following day I did this. I phoned him. He said he still hadn’t diagnosed my car as he had been busy with other vehicles and that I should not keep calling, he will phone me when he has looked at my car. I explained to him I only called because he told me to call for this update he promised… the previous day. So I waited till the end of the day. Still no call back after he said he would have a diagnosis this day. I phoned the insurance company to update them on the situation. They have to contact the garage for these regular updates so they have reason to extend my hire car. This wasn’t pressure, this was protocol. So they called to ask why the diagnosis he said he would do hadn’t been done. He said to my insurance that he is very busy and that now he would not be able to look at my car until the following week on MONDAY. (Moving the goalposts yet again) THEN Thursday morning I receive a call from the mechanic. He tells me that he doesn’t want to repair my car, as my insurance phoned him for an update (the previous day) and that he doesn’t want to be receiving calls all the time when he is too busy and told me to get the Grúas to tow my car somewhere else. Disappointed is an understatement. I do not understand why you accepted to take my car, instead of being upfront and honest with me about your workload. If you didn’t have time to look at my car, you should have told me… so I didn’t waste my time getting my car towed to your garage. Very rude and a lack of care for his customers. Dishonest and doesn’t live up to his word. Stay clear.

**Update, car was fixed 2 days after diagnosis at new garage, alternator, belt and battery replaced***
