We got help within a day after communicating with ADAC and local assistence services which told us there were no shops available to fix our Renault trafic...
The work was done very quickly and thoroughly. The communication was done in spanish through a phone with a friend and the head-mechanic listened patiently to our explanations and gave us an exact estimate on the time frame needed.
The price was very good for a manufacturer approved workshop although the work included a diagnosis, oil-change and a regeneration of our DPF.
We were able to get underway within 5 hours and were treated very well.
We are very happy to have found this workshop and happy to have had our Trafic in the hands of Mrs. Arbaiza herself.
To anyone considering toget their Renault looked at in the area, this is the place to go to.
