Google Excellent service . Very professional . After driving from Ireland to Lanzarote and spending a month and a half here driving around the island daily , my BMW 320i was running a bit rough . After the service and check for the drive home to Ireland - the car is back to running smooth. They even gave me a lift into Puerto del Carmen while I waited and picked me up when it was ready . Great value too . Ticks all the box’s ✅

Google We were on a visit to Lanzarote from Fuerteventura and due to catch the return ferry the next day. They answered the phone out of hours and asked me to go in the next day and they would fit me in some how. The car was taken into the workshop straightaway for assessment, Because he had the required part in stock he did it there and then. I have been in the Motor Trade 45+ years. Definitely recommend these people, really impressed with them

We are very disappointed that you found us unfriendly. You came in to ask us a question about your car and you obviously were not happy with the professional advice that you were given as you thought that our answer was wrong. Our advice to you was that the part/light on your car was there for a reason and should not be taken off. We advised you that your car would have to go to the dealership to be put on their diagnostic machine specific for your car but as there was none here on Lanzarote and as we both know the nearest one is in Las Palmas. We were honest with you but obviously not what you wanted to hear as you obviously knew better. You did say that you had been to other garages before us and they could not help you either. We have never seen your car and nor have we ever taken any money from you. We try to help everyone that comes to our garage with honest and professional advice.

Google Our rental car had a flat tyre....what to do? We’ve never changed a (spare) tyre before but thanks to youtube we managed. On to Carmen Auto. The friendliest people ever! Habla ingles? Sure! They are scottish/british!😃. This lovely couple forwarded us (dutch couple) to a tyre specialist nearby. Thanks a lot, problem solved. Would I live around here, no doubt Carmen Auto would be my steady car repair service. Highly recommanded!!
