I took my car to be repaired, I received an invoice, but none of the work listed on the invoice was actually done. After the repair, the car broke down twice on the side of the road and had to be towed away by a trailer. They did not take any responsibility when we questioned them. We wrote our complaint in the complaint book. Addition: I gave the car to the Kwik Service mechanic, I don't know where exactly the mechanic did the repair, and the invoice was issued by Kwik Service, so... this is the correct information.

Worst mechanical workshop, they are not serious, no competent in basic breakdowns. They should close. No recommend it. They are really bad, any profesional. Range Rover evoque, and they have no test for software after one week update. Not serious

El Viernes pasado dia 4, empezó hacer un ruido el coche fuerte. Eran sobre las 15 h y fui a un taller para ver si podían echarle un vistazo. AL primero que fui no quiso ni escucharme. Después fui a otro que me recomendó este taller. Fueron superamables conmigo y muy profesionales. Cuando uno esta a mas de 700 km de su casa un Viernes por la tarde es de agradecer encontrar gente tan amable como Richard y también el ayudante que estaba. Muchísimas gracias de verdad por todo. LO recomiendo encarecidamente.

Te doy una estrella porque no hay 0,lleve mi coche por 2 fallos ,1 me lo arreglaron y el segundo no tenían ni idea de que era ,como al dueño lo que le gusta son los dineros ,pues le diría al mecánico...quítale este tubo se lo limpias y le cobras las horas ....me cobraron 400e por el areglito ...250euros por darle con un trapo a un tubo de plástico!!! 3 días me a durado el coche lo vuelvo a llevar y dice que no me lo arregla el !!simbergüenza!!! me tuve que llevar el coche roto a otro taller...me ESTAFARON... lleve el coche 3 veces con el mismo problema y solo os dedicáis a engañar a la gente. ........ TE VOY A CONTESTAR !!!PARA DECIR MENTIRAS NI CONTESTES!!! SOYS LOS PEORES MECANICOS QUE HAY EN COIN ,CAROS Y NO SABEIS ARREGLAR COCHES ..LO UNICO QUE HACEIS ES LIMPIAR EL COCHE Y COBRAR A 35EUROS LA HORA ,LLEVE 3 VECES EL COCHE CON EL MISMO PROBLEMA Y NO LO ARREGLASTEIS ME COBRASTEIS 250E POR LIMPIAR UN TUBO.AQUI NADIE A ABLADO DE ITV.PERO ME VOY A ENCARGAR DE QUE NO ENGAÑES A NADIE MÁS, VOY A CORRER LA VOZ PARA QUE LO SEPA TODO EL MUNDO.POR ESO ME DEVOLVISTES EL DINERO ,PORQUE TE DIJE QUE TE IBA A DENUNCIAR ....TODAVIA TENGO LA CONVERSACION POR WASAP GUARDADA....CUIDADITO!!!!

A simple warning light problem.
Took the car into the garage - we knew it was English speaking which made communication easier. Told them about the warning light problem.
First visit - I am certain they did no diagnostic testing. Just presumed the light meant a service was overdue (which it was - we had just bought the car). We did question them about their decision but they went ahead with the service anyway - 170 Euros.
Took the car away. Within a couple of days, warning light came back on. Took the car back. This time (and first time) diagnostics done. Decided it needed a regeneration of the DPF (?). This was done - 90 Euros.
Took the car away. Within a day, warning light came back on. By then, they were getting bored (as were we). Given some long-winded story about catalytic converters by the boss (it was the wrong warning light to be anything to do with this). They had a quick look again. We were sent away with a bottle of diesel additive, told to run down the tank to empty before filling up, get our speed up to 120kph (we were very dubious by this time about their really knowing what they were doing).
Took the car away and needless to say the light came back on.
We have decided not to return the car as have little faith that they could fix it. And, as I said, I got the impression that they had run out of ideas...
Very disappointing all round. Pleasant enough personnel but this is simply not enough when you cannot be certain they know what they are doing.
I cannot recommend them.
