I always bring my car here for its servicing and ITV. They take care of everything, including transporting the car to the ITV centre and handling all the paperwork. Primero que nada no hablan español (da igual que yo hable 5 idiomas, es que estamos en España y no me parece profesional) contraté un servicio de cambio de pastillas de frenos y algunos otros repuestos que deberían haber llegado en una semana. Acordamos que me llamaran, después de 2 semanas, llamé y me dijeron en unos días. No me volvieran a llamar. Pasé al taller después de 2 semanas y dijeron que los repuestos habrían llegado en 2 días. Nunca me volvieron a llamar.
Además, ni siquiera pudieron asesorar adecuadamente sobre la cerradura de la puerta del conductor que estaba dañada.
Perdí mucho tiempo, luego llamé a un taller español y lo solucionaron todo en una semana. Absolutamente absurdo. Creo que las empresas necesitan unos requisitos mínimos para relacionarse con el público!

Se nos averió el coche mientras pasábamos unos días de vacaciones en Estepona, y mi pareja eligió por casualidad este taller para que la grúa les llevara nuestro coche “porque en las fotos, se veía un lugar muy limpio”.

Para nuestra sorpresa, nos atendieron en inglés, lo que no fue un inconveniente para mí, no obstante, hacen todo lo posible por comunicarse vía telefónica e incluso WhatsApp, así que no será un problema.

En cualquier caso, me gustaría destacar la celeridad con la que han tratado el asunto. Debíamos volver a casa incluso dejando el coche aquí si era preciso, y han hecho lo imposible por arreglarlo en cuestión de 48 horas teniendo el coche listo incluso antes de lo previsto.

Profesionales, rápidos, resolutivos y ofrecen un servicio de calidad ajustado a un presupuesto razonable. No podría estar más satisfecha con esta “casualidad”.

On holiday in Spain, my Vito van started to exhibit a series of electrican gremlins driving down from Barcelona to the south coast. I made some research and decided that probably I needed to purchase a new 12V battery so I went to see these guys.
Jake is a very competent fellow and their premises very well organised and functional. He ordered the new Varta (I paid in advance as the Vito uses a very large battery) and then he contacted me as promised a few days later and we agreed a time for the following morning.
They were 1 mechanic down so they kept me an extra hour before starting work but offered me a coffee at the nearby cafe.
The work was excellent and they also took the time to clear all of the error codes. EXCELLENT place for honest work!!!

The concept is brilliant! You can save A LOT of money compare to the regular car rental companies if you come for a bit longer then usual.
Pam was so lovely, patient and helpful with everything. She gave us the confident and the trust to make 60 days car reservation.
Highly recommended
