From the very first point of contact i was amazed at how friendly and efficient these guys are. Everything is done and explained to you. They are so friendly to deal with. The company Tuning Newart SL in Marbella had listed a car. They sent me videos, the registration (matrícula), etc. We exchanged messages for several days. I had already booked flights to Málaga, a rental car to drive to Marbella, and even arranged a car transporter to bring the vehicle to Germany. Everything was prepared. Then the owner said he wouldn’t sell to Germans. Apparently, this company has something against Germans. Don’t buy from a company that is racist. Buy from real Spanish companies instead. This was truly a very unpleasant experience.

The seller failed to disclose in the listing on Autocasión that the vehicle was not their property but being sold on behalf of a third party. This crucial information was missing from the description and was never clearly stated, even in later communication only vague references to the “owner” were made.

This lack of transparency is a clear violation of Autocasión’s terms and conditions, as well as Spanish consumer protection laws (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Buyers have the right to expect honesty about who is actually selling the vehicle.

In addition, after I made a serious offer which was ignored for days. I clearly stated I was willing to pay the full asking price. Only then was I told that they “do not sell to Germans.” If that’s not discriminatory, what is?

Overall, highly unprofessional conduct. I strongly advise others to stay away.

El vendedor no indicó en su anuncio en Autocasión que el vehículo no era de su propiedad, sino que se vendía en nombre de un tercero. Esta información crucial no aparecía en la descripción y nunca se aclaró, ni siquiera en comunicaciones posteriores, donde solo se hacía referencia vaga al “propietario”.

Esta falta de transparencia constituye una clara violación de los términos y condiciones de Autocasión, así como de la legislación española de protección al consumidor (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Los compradores tienen derecho a saber quién es realmente el vendedor.

Además, tras hacer una oferta seria que fue ignorada durante días, indiqué claramente que estaba dispuesto a pagar el precio total. Solo entonces se me informó de que “no venden a alemanes”. ¿Si eso no es discriminación, entonces qué lo es?

En resumen, una actuación muy poco profesional. Desaconsejo totalmente tratar con este vendedor.

I was most impressed with this honestly priced , efficient , swift service to change the clutch and flywheel of my VW -T-Rock car.
The daily What’s App communication at each stage was accompanied with photographs and prices to be agreed on . Stefan spoke perfectly English and was very polite and professional. Super Team . No time wasters. Got my car back within 2 working days . I can only sing praises and recommend them highly , escaping other ruthless garages that are time wasters and extortionists with prices .
I am happy to have discovered this company and will be a regular from now on with any car problems.

Ребята меньше чем за неделю восстановили и покрасили в цвет, так что сам Элон не отличит от новой машины. Мы даже расстроиться не успели. Никаких типичных, местных «La semana que viene». Очень оперативно. Рекомендую всем!

Попросил выставить бампер на место так как сполз на 1.5см, они его выставили и через менее как 12 часов он опять сполз. Никакой гарантии, видео в тот же день было отправлено Степану, реакции ноль.
Хотя цена на работы такая же как и в официальном сервисе Мерседес!👏

I messaged this company as my exhaust was broken on my motorhome, they asked me for more details I sent them pictures( on WhatsApp) and they said they could fix it. I was met by stefan on arrival at an agreed time. They fixed the problem to a very high standard.top quality service and would highly recommend them.i am very satisfied customer.
