N’allez jamais chez ce garage, arnaque totale, et en plus de ca je me fait aggressez par ce personnage!! Voila comment il a laissé la voiture familiale 1 an dehors sans protection en plein soleil. Alors que je lui ramene la voiture en excellent état pour un problème de moteur il me la détériore/détruit en intégralité en la laissant dehors au soleil disant qu’il n’est pas responsable de ce qui se passe dehors alors que c est lui même qui prend l’initiative de laisse en extérieur, invraisemblable! Phares brûlés, carrosserie à refaire complet, roues crevées, climatisation ne fonctionne plus, plus de batterie, vitre gauche démontée alors que je lui amène la voiture pour un problème de moteur et évidemment aucune réparation a été faite même pire qu’avant comme vous pouvez constater avec les témoins sur la photo. Ce Luke ne veut pas me rendre l’avance de presque 1300.- euro soit disant pour le calibrage du moteur! Il est sans doute parti en vacances avec… La police est informée, un conseil ne mettez jamais vos pieds là bas!!

Auto gebracht, allerlei problemen. We hebben dagen moeten wachten tot we iets hoorde. Slechte communicatie, geen goede monteur..je word genaaid waar je bij staat. Op de hoek zit een andere..die zijn betrouwbaar..behandelen je netjes. LM Cars is the worst u wil get!!

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MECHANIC!!! PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON UN MECÁNICO!!! EXPERIENCE DEPLORABLE!!! PEGGIORE ESPERIENZA!!!. The first time my friend took there my van with oil leaks, it took Luke two months to return it that is as it was, leaking oil. So the second time I myself took it back. This time it took them a month and was a nightmare. Extremely rude, he never answered when I asked him what was wrong with my vehicle. He told me many times he was coming and never showed up. Coming where? Two blocks from the garage because that's where they leave your vehicles parked day and night (that's probably why he responded to a negative review saying it wasn't in his garage!). When he finally sent one of his "apprentices?" it took him a day (three days, actually for the right part to come) a day to fix the problem, which seemed to be the alternator. Knowing that my income depends on my vehicle, I think it's a huge lack of consideration to have had me there for 3 months! When I left, I went to the MOT. It was the first time since I've owned the vehicle (more than 10 years) that I came out with four major and three minor errors. And the alternator is accelerated (don't know the technical word for that). In conclusion: IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR FIXED, TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY AND YOU DON'T WANT TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED, THAT'S NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU.

Après une prise de rdv et une demande de changement pièce mécanique je dépose mon véhicule le jour du rdv. Ma voiture est restée 1 semaine garer devant le garage sous prétexte qu’il y avais un jour férié dans la semaine, je patiente je passe au moins 3 fois pour avoir des nouvelles et on ne me donne pas de réponses concrète.
3 semaine plus tard j’ai dû récupérer mes clé car aucune réaction de la part de ce garage.
De plus visiblement un garage qui est en activité depuis plusieurs années et le propriétaire incapable d’aligner une seule phrase en espagnol

Time wasters. 6 months my car was there and never fixed it. No answer the phone and doesn’t give you a clear answer about the hells going on with your car.
Absolute time wasters lost 6 months of my time and car because of this people.
Shame they even say they don’t have my car cause I’ve got screenshots of all conversations

We had a problem with the right indicator. Narauto was about to charge me 350e to replace the whole set of lights. These guys just saved me lots of money from just replacing the light bulb instead. Love it

In 10 years I have not left a bad review until now. I Came in Jan 14 because of an issue with a gasoline smell inside the car and to replace some start plugs. I left the car there just so I could get a quote, 3 days later they quoted me 230 which seemed affordable, I made sure to rent a car meanwhile. On Jan 18 my car was supposedly fixed and I picked my car up. The issues were still there so I brought it in again Jan 24. After that I made numerous attempts to get a hold of them over what’s app and telefon to get an estimate time when I can get my car back since I’m dependent on it for commute to work. He would answer and say he’s busy and will call back and then never call back, this happened 3 times. It’s now February 12 and the issues are still there and a month have gone by since I initially dropped my car off. I’m Extremely dissatisfied and wasted a month of my time, 2 weeks of rental car and numerous Ubers back and forth to the shop with absolutely no improvement. Ultimately I had enough and just want to collect my car. But even that he won’t respond to.

Outstanding!!! To me, this was nothing short of a most excellent, professional and conscientious job on my car. Bottom panel had fallen off. Luke replaced clips, bonded, and clasped the panel and replaced same, and all within an hour. Most definitely trustworthy and highly recommended.

So pleased! Took our Camper to Luke when a sliding door on our camper wouldn’t close. This was after a roadside mechanic couldn’t fix it and the VW garage said they couldn’t help for a week. Luke was so helpful. Took the Camper in straight away and had the problem resolved same day, allowing us to get on with our holiday! Fantastic service and will definitely use again.

My wife took her car to LM for a brake issue and it turned out to be stone stuck in the brakes. LM must have spent an hour taking wheels off and checking the brakes. They didn't charge her a penny and that speaks volumes for me, as they had clearly performed an inspection and spent time performing brake checks. I'm pretty certain other garages would have just replaced the parts and charged without completing a thorough inspection.

Very honest and nice people. I would recommend purely for this reason. Thank you and we will definitely be using LM auto services in the future 👍

Wow, what a great guy Luke is
Having used plenty of mechanics along the coast over the years I have found someone I can trust and have complete faith in. Such a rarity, a breath of fresh air.
Pre ITV, ITV, brakes, diagnostics, service and aircon and very reasonably and sensibly priced.
All done the same day and I could not be happier

My Air Conditioner on my car has been broken for two years. My car has been in to various well known garages. All sucking their cheeks and quotes of 1,000.00€ +. Or we will have to strip out the whole dashboard to find any fault. LT Auto had my car for two hours, when I received a call saying it’s fixed. The price was absolutely fantastic, he could have charged us €1,000.00s . But no, he charged us for what was needed. Cannot rate this company high enough. Thank you so very much.

An excellent mechanic and clearly knows what do to from a wealth of experience. We were referred by a few friends whom also spoke highly of this garage. We were stuck in a rural location on a Saturday night and Luke kindly helped us get on our way before the end of the night despite having to go back and forth to retrieve some tools and a jump pack.

I was very happy with the great service given by Luke at LM Auto Repairs. Had my car in to get the clutch changed, he took the time to explain what was needed (and why), gave me a good price and there were no hidden costs. Was told a few other possible issues with the car that he discovered. Been there a few other times with another car and he has always taken the time to help me out. Highly recommended.
