Le llevamos un Ibiza fr para la averia del aire acondicionado , el coche estaba recargado tenía carga completa antes de llegar a este taller , le hicieron una prueba para ver si tenía fugas y fugas no tiene bien hasta ahí , al recoger el coche nos dice que el coche no tenía ninguna carga lo cual sabemos perfectamente que si que tenia una carga completa con factura de hace poco es decir si el coche no tiene fuga y estaba cargado de gas como nos dicen que no hay gas ? Literalmente se lo han quedado queriéndonos cobrar 70 euros por la recarga nos pasaremos en los próximos días para poner una reclamación

Ce gars est nul! Non content de faire un mauvais diagnostic, mon véhicule présente toujours le même problème (le moteur mon véhicule diesel coupe inopinément sans prévenir...) et il ne veut pas me rembourser le montant payé. Je lui ai rappelé que la loi oblige les garagistes à une obligation de résultat. Devant mon insistance il m'a suggéré de ramener le véhicule pour changer la pompe carburant (si j'accepte le devis) sans même savoir si le problème venait de là! En effet les forums de discussion abondants sur ce thème énoncent diverses origines pour cette panne...Je lui ai demandé l'estimation d'immobilisation de mon véhicule car je n'ai que celui-là et je dois m'organiser... J'attends toujours sa réponse. Comment prendre de l'argent facile... Je ne comprends pas que ce garage soit noté 4.8....Pour moi c'est un 0/10. Je suis très proche de faire une dénonciation pour ses pratiques douteuses. Je vois conseille de fuir ce garage. Il y a en d'autres sur Velez-Malaga

Your vehicle came in with a diesel pressure fault stored in the engine computer. The first thing to do when presented with this kind of fault is to change the diesel filter. 90% of the time simply changing the filter cures these problems.
After changing the diesel filter, we took your car for a long test-drive through town and on the motorway. The car drove perfectly without so much as a hiccup and no faults were logged in the engine computer.

The following day (Friday), you sent us a message threatening legal action because the engine cut out, like it was doing before. Your car clearly has an intermittent fault that didn't present itself while it was with us. We then asked you to bring the car back to us on Monday to continue with the diagnosis and find the cause of the intermittent fault.

Instead of bringing the car back to us, you just left a bad review. We have 4.8 stars on Google because we have many satisfied customers, but we can't help those who don't want to be helped.

These guys are absolutely the best. They go above and beyond to help you. We needed a US imported car ready for passing the ITV, which was not a straightforward fix, but with their help it passed.

We highly recommend John and Ryan, so don't take your vehicles anywhere else because we certainly won't 👍

During our drive from Amsterdam to Velez Malaga we experienced problems with our tires. Fortunately, after some searching, we found John and his son. Very nice people with knowledge and patience. Als je je auto na een grote reparatie én servicebeurt weer ophaalt en je autoklokje geeft weer de juiste tijd aan, dan weet je: dit zijn mensen die (ook) letten op de details. Mijn auto was toe aan een nieuwe uitlaat en demper (iets wat veel garages vreemd genoeg niet wilden doen), laswerk, vervanging van de distributieriem plus waterpomp en een grote beurt. Wat ik top vind is dat ik, als vrouw alleen zijnde, hier serieus werd genomen. Er werd goed naar me geluisterd toen ik probeerde uit te leggen wat de problemen waren met de auto en ik werd niet met een kluitje in het riet gestuurd. De reparaties en servicebeurt zijn naar volle tevredenheid uitgevoerd. Mijn voorheen rammelende 20 jaar oude Honda, loopt weer als een zonnetje zonder allerlei bijgeluiden van de kapotte uitlaat. Ik ben blij. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is wat mij betreft bij deze garage echt top. Ik kan deze werkplaats van harte aanbevelen. Ik ga er in ieder geval vaste klant worden!

Un excellent garage!!! À recommander absolument en toute confiance. Très professionnel, honnête et prend le temps de vous expliquer tout ce qu'il a fait, ce qu'il faut faire. Parle un anglais parfait, et super accueil.
Merci pour le diagnostic de mon pneu sur ma voiture de location, et de ne m'avoir rien fait payer alors que vous y avez passé du temps pour le diagnostic.
