We were holidaying in the area and unfortunately had an issue with our car and so needed to pull over at a services. We are non-Spanish speakers and needed an English speaking mechanic to explain the issue to. After several unsuccessful phone calls to local mechanics, we finally spoke with Mikel who was able to communicate in English (and actually speaks 5 languages!). Mikel and his colleague drove to the services to look at our car, and despite it being a Friday afternoon, very kindly agreed to fix our car that day. Our car required a new part, which Mikel drove and collected from a town an hour away, whilst we were towed to his garage. Mikel even collected my daughter and I from the services on his way back from collecting the part as there was only enough room in the recovery vehicle for my husband and son. Mikel fixed our car quickly and our family were able to continue our journey.
I can highly recommend LAK. The service was above and beyond and Mikel was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind - he saved our holiday!

Ich kann die Werkstatt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Ich war mit meinem Auto auf der Durchreise und fragte spontan um Hilfe. Der Werkstatt Meister ist sehr freundlich und spricht fließend Englisch. Er löste das Problem mit der Wagentür. Außerdem nannte er mir schöne Orte im Bereich. Mikel ist ein guter Mann. Vielen Dank 👍😘
