This is a much overdue review which needs to be shared as I have been grateful to my friend Txell who recommended this place when we first moved to Catalunya and in the lovely town of Falset. We got ourselves a second hand car and as with any aged vehicle, it needs to be maintained to preserve its longevity. When I started working for a winery (and own one as well), you to custom yourself with rural unpaved roads with special slate or rocks and on occasion, flat tires magically appear. On 3 separate occasions, we had the car towed and they asked us who to send it to, without hesitation we said Jope. The staff were always able to manage the situation and find solutions to ensure things will be fixed in a timely manner - always happy with that outcome. But the one I really want to shine a light on is my yearly check ups : the recent one had some alerts and Sonia and Mercè placed a little message on their report stating a few things may need attention but never put any pressure on getting it fixed right away. I wrote back to them a couple weeks later and asked for quotes and a timeline and they were prompt with everything. I dropped the car, they confirmed what needed to be done and I waited for the call to come get it once done. As always, the team does an amazing job and I salute Sonia, Mercè and the wonderful staff at Jope Taller for always going above and beyond the call of duty - they are passionate about doing the job right and ensure we all are save when we drive - thank you so much 🙏☺️

Fabulous customer service from front desk to technician, a true professional experience. Needed a flat tire replacement asap on a Friday morning, had to make our wine tastings! Our hotel , Ora, recommended Jope. Ora called ahead to share we were coming in. Arrived at 8:30 am Drove out by 9:10 am with new tire, spare tire tucked back in boot and test driven before handing us the keys back. Price was well under what we expected. We have lived in Spain for 4 years now, never had this level of service. Thank you so very much for your help getting us back touring wineries and on the road.

Mala experiència. Vaig fer la substitució d'un injector i el van resoldre malament. Al cap de setmanes, el retorn del gasoil es va desconnectar de l'injector i va perdre gasoil de forma abundant. El vaig reparar jo. Així fins a quatre vegades. En trucar a l'empresa, em van dir que ja no estava en garantia. Vaig procedir a treure les fixacions de tots els injectors i vaig poder veure la causa de l'avaria persistent. La fixació de l'injector número 3 estava donat. Mala experiència.
