We visited this workshop today and initially appreciated their willingness to help.

Unfortunately, the gearbox oil level was checked while the vehicle was not level, which led to the incorrect assumption that it was empty. As a result, a large amount of oil was added and the gearbox was significantly overfilled, even up to the dipstick opening.

This was not noticed at the time and the work was considered complete. We now have to visit another workshop to remove the excess oil.

It is a pity, as the intention to help was there, but the situation unfortunately became worse.
