Great customer service with a smile! Even though my car had to be towed to the garage, I received fast and excellent service. The parts were ordered and arrived very quickly. I truly feel my car is in good hands. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for future service or an oil change! Our air conditioning on our Seat Leon was not working at all. It was repaired and topped up and is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend this garage. Very prompt, professional service. The garage is clean and new and all staff are very welcoming. I would not hesitate to use this garage again.

Absolute recommendation! During our vacation we had an issue with our rear right wheel bearing (long T5).

We got an appointment on very short notice, the spare part had to be ordered (which was done very quickly), and the repair was carried out extremely fast. (There’s a large shopping center just 10 minutes away.)

Very friendly service, excellent workmanship (we’ve already driven 2,500 km since), and a great price!

If we had had more time, we would have had additional services done.
German workshops could take this as an example.

Coche averiado, vacaciones en Torrevieja y pleno agosto. Tras llamar a cinco talleres (algunos solo daban cita para septiembre), contacté con Karsen. Desde el primer momento mostraron un trato profesional, consiguieron los recambios necesarios y repararon la avería en tiempo récord, además de ofrecernos una atención excelente. Ya tengo taller para cuando esté por Torrevieja.

Hi. It's good place, customer friendly. They had extra problem with my car and they explaned well and what can be done. Took exstra day but no charge.
And you get honest overview from your car what are the next jobs to do to keep your car running!

Estamos de vacaciones en Torrevieja, a más de 850 km de casa, cuando se nos ha averiado el coche (embrague roto) en pleno agosto, con todo colapsado y talleres llenos. Hemos ido a unos 7 u 8 talleres sin suerte hasta que hemos dado con este, y de verdad que ha sido una maravilla.
Nos han atendido con una amabilidad y profesionalidad que ya no se ve en muchos sitios. Nos han conseguido la pieza rapidísimo (algo que parecía imposible en pleno verano), nos han explicado todo con claridad y se han puesto manos a la obra sin hacernos esperar días y días como en otros sitios. Todo con honestidad y buen trato.
Ojalá más gente les descubra, porque merecen tener mucho éxito.
Recomendadísimos al 100 %. ¡Gracias por todo!
