Costa Coches in Antas - near Vera, could not repair our car. They replaced all 4 injectors but the car refused to run properly afterwards. We actually considered scrapping it because the garage was at a loss to fix it. It was costing lots for nothing. Costas couldn't help. They gave up after several weeks.

They transported it to the Lorca Land Rover Premier Dearship, using my insurance, hoping the Dealership could.

And as it turned out, they couldn't fix it eitheer. They replaced lots of expensive parts hoping to repair it by replacing items, by a series of expensive elimination. They failed - at my expense too This garage lacked the knowledge & experience to repair my Land Rover. A Delearship? Hmm?

Having driven my car home from Lorca, having been informed it was repaied - when it wasn't - with a hefty bill, I fixed it myself in a few hours following my arrival at home.

My follow-up... It was recently ITV'd, after my repair. I'm a retired Aircraft Engineer & Technician, applying my experience to a car that 2 garages gave up on. I did recommend my thoughts to why my car wouldn't run to the Lorca Dealership, an Injector problem I said, but was totally ignored. They had no idea! They thought it was an electrical problem. Jeez! I was left with a car that wouldn't run with damaged infrastructure & missing parts. I've had to repair & replace @ my own expense.

The recent ITV pass? No defectos. No observations. Perfecto!!!
Perfecto - for a supposed dead car.
I'll never, ever, consider using Costa Coches, in Antas, or Premier Land Rover in Lorca.
Why not? Because, in my learned & experienced opinion they are not to be relied upon. Trust me. Honestly.

Wonderful service from this family run garage. Renault quoted me €1985 for a new clutch. Costa Coches fitted the clutch for me and repaired a puncture, (which I didn't know I had), at a cost of just over €600. The extra bonus was they spoke perfect English so there was no misunderstanding. Great service

The mess James the "mechanic" made of my wife's car continues... We've now discovered that he didn't replace the 4 fuel injectors properly. So we're now faced with more garage bills to put right his shoddy work.

So that's now 3 MONTHS without our car, because they don't know what they're doing.

We'll be back soon to complete a Hoja de Reclamaciones.

Shockingly BAD service from Costa Coches Antas. They had my Ford Galaxy for 7 weeks and still couldn't fix the problem. I had to have it recovered to the UK and they discovered and fixed the problem in 3 hours!

We were messed around from beginning to end, time and money wasted on pursuing out of date data on the engine management system, because James did not clear the history. The job was clearly beyond his capabilities, more fool us for trusting him. Lots of phone calls went unanswered and not returned. In the end we had to go to the garage in person as it was the only way to get any answers.

Because James had taken so long we had no other option but to have the car picked up on a transporter and taken back to the UK. It took our UK mechanic 2 hours to put the engine back together before he could even start work on it, as James had left it in bits, leaving engine parts in the footwell, thanks for that!

If you're not up to the job, just say so! We could have saved a lot of time, money and stress if you'd just been honest at the start.

Compré una coche hace un año y medio , tenía una avería y me dijeron que me lo quedara que me la arreglaban sin ningún problema , después de un año llevándolo más de 7 veces al taller tuve que llevarlo a otro taller en el cual me lo arreglaron en una mañana . También Se quedaron con la llave de repuesto porque estaba en mal estado para hacerme una nueva , a día de hoy 1 año y medio despues siguen sin darme la llave ! CUIDADO CON ESTE SITIO SI VAS A COMPRAR UN COCHE , TE ENGAÑARAN SEGURO . 0% RECOMENDABLE .

I bought a car a year and a half ago, it had a breakdown and they told me to keep it and they would fix it without any problem. After a year of taking it to the shop more than 7 times I had to take it to another shop where they fixed it. in a morning . They also kept the spare key because it was in poor condition so they could make me a new one, as of today, 1 year and a half later, they still haven't given me the key! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A CAR, THEY WILL SURELY DECEIVE YOU. 0% RECOMMENDED.
