Don't know what to think about this company, so you maybe help me.
An Audi Q5 a person was selling, and he showed me 3 invoices, EACH for nearly 2000,00 euros, for work done recently on engine and gearbox from this car.
He told me that after few thousand kilometers it was agreed that the car goes back for inspection if everything was fine. This inspection was included in the nearly 6000,00 Euro what he had paid.
On that base, I bought this car. I made appointment with this garage and they spend long time and with no decent waiting facilities, I was wondering.
Then they told me that all they have been doing is checking, and presented me with a 130,00 euros invoice. Because so the reception told me, that service was not included. To avoid any confrontation I paid that bill. BUT.... they where going to. Send me their inspection report, which they have not done. I brought this car to mechanic here, and have been told. Airfilter is from 2017, totally blocked. Only 3 sparkplug have been changed, oil leaking around injectors and the rubber 0 rings need replacement, wrong type of oil in the engine. Timing wrong, and auto light not working.
My conclusion.... mildly, SERVICE AND WORK from this CGA ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! Maybe you have different views, but what I just wrote are FACTS.
