Haremos una cosa pues.. Arreglame el coche que yo te pago el lunes que viene no, el siguiente. Y cuando sea el día: te digo, mira no: te pago mañana a las 14:00. Pero mañana tampoco acabo pagandote por qué estoy muy atareado con los bancos. Te puedo pagar el próximo del próximo lunes?
Ahhh!! No me hables de dinero.
Háblame de como está el país y las dificultades que estamos pasando..
Por cierto, soy mallorquín y no me gustan los mecánicos de Tarragona.

I’m on the last day of a car rental and I had a flat tire one hour before drop off. I showed up in the morning and immediately one of the gentleman took all the cars out of the shop and put mine on the elevator. Spent about 15 minutes, checking the pressure and looking for a puncture which he did not find. He suggested I just inflate it and return it today and he didn’t even try to charge me. Great staff, quick time, trustworthy.

Leider die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich in den letzten 20 Jahren auf Mallorca mit einer Autowerkstatt gemacht habe. Qualitativ schlechte Arbeit, extrem lange Wartezeiten und unfreundliches, arrogantes Personal. Eine Rechnung wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage bis heute nicht ausgestellt – stattdessen wollte man nur Bargeldzahlung ohne Beleg. So etwas habe ich hier noch nie erlebt. Nicht zu empfehlen – unprofessionell und unzuverlässig

Ich habe mein Fahrzeug in dieser Werkstatt zur Reparatur abgegeben, doch die gesamte Abwicklung war eine Katastrophe. Nach der Annahme meines Autos wurde vier Wochen lang nichts unternommen, bevor überhaupt mit der Arbeit begonnen wurde. Danach dauerte es zwei weitere Wochen, um ein Ersatzteil zu bestellen.

Als ich das Auto schließlich zurückbekam, stellte ich direkt nach der Abholung fest, dass das Problem nicht behoben war. Ich brachte es erneut in die Werkstatt, wo mir zunächst ein Termin für den nächsten Montag zugesagt wurde – dieser wurde dann um eine weitere Woche verschoben.

Nach insgesamt über drei Monaten wurde mir schließlich mitgeteilt, dass das Auto fertig sei. Doch als ich direkt nach der Abholung tankte, lief der Kraftstoff aus – genau an der Stelle, an der gearbeitet wurde! Wieder musste ich das Auto zurückbringen.

Die gesamte Erfahrung war frustrierend: keine transparente Kommunikation, lange Wartezeiten, unprofessionelle Arbeit und nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Die fehlerhafte Reparatur hätte ernsthafte Konsequenzen haben können. Ich kann diese Werkstatt definitiv nicht empfehlen. Ein Stern ist schon Zuviel!

Not Recommended – Unprofessional and Unreliable

I took my car to this workshop for repairs, but the entire process was a disaster. After dropping off my vehicle, nothing was done for four weeks before they even started working on it. Then, it took another two weeks just to order a replacement part.

When I finally got my car back, I immediately noticed that the issue hadn’t been fixed. I had to return it to the workshop, where I was initially promised a repair on the following Monday—only for it to be delayed by another week.

After more than three months in total, I was informed that my car was finally ready. However, when I refueled at a gas station right after picking it up, fuel started leaking from the very area they had worked on! I had to bring it back once again.

The entire experience was frustrating: poor communication, long waiting times, unprofessional work, and not even an apology. Their mistakes could have had serious consequences. I absolutely cannot recommend this workshop. one star is already too much

He pagado por un motor de segunda mano y su colocación pero me han hecho una chapuza causando un daño irreparable en mi vehículo.

Fantastic saved my van from another garage that broke my clutch. They fixed it the next morning, found what was wrong with it in minutes and told me exactly what parts I needed to get. Really professional mechanics that know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Fui aconsejado y de momento solo hice cambio de aceite y filtros, pero la verdad sali contento los vi muy profesionales ya que me indicaron un desgaste de frenos y que no me funcionaba el agua del limpiaparabrisas en poco sitios se hubiesen dado cuenta, para mi calidad precio excelente sin duda volveré
