This refers to December 2025 — Mo and his team were brilliant. They achieved what no other garage in Tenerife could, which was getting my 20-year-old Porsche Cayenne GTS through the ITV (MOT).

I’d previously been to a few garages and either got messed around or had work done poorly, which cost me weeks of delays.

Imperial Autos took the car just before I flew home for Christmas, and by the time I got back on 26th December everything was sorted — passed ITV, new tyres fitted, and ready to go.

They were quick, professional, and very fairly priced - and went the extra mile at Christmas time!

Genuinely can’t recommend them enough — great service from start to finish.

My camper van broke down (could not move), so I needed serious help. After tons of rejections because of car size or because it is a camper, these guys instantly replied in English and accepted my van. As a foreigner which needed help fast, this was my best option. I am so happy with the service they did (which was quite complex) and with how they communicated. I even got guarantee afterwards. Amazing service 👏

Ya son varias las reparaciones, a varios de mis vehículos que se han realizado , ya sea por mantenimientos básicos de aceite y filtro, como reparaciones más complicadas de inyectores y sus respectivas partes necesitarías al realizar sustitución de los mismos y por supuesto cambio de cubiertas. Siempre el trato ha sido profesional y correcto, con una explicación sencilla, clara y detallada de la reparación o sustitución realizada, con la exhibición de las piezas sustituidas. Respecto a la recepción del taller, el personal es agradable, cercano e igualmente profesional. Sin duda alguna es un taller a tener en cuenta por su transparencia y cercanía.
